The MRV Chapter of the AAPM holds at least one meeting annually. Meetings are a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, learn about trends in the field of Medical Physics, and interact with vendors.

Workshop Details
This Fall, the MRV AAPM would like to host a small-field dosimetry workshop in Kansas City, KS. This will be held on Saturday, October 15th 2022 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. We anticipate a full day workshop with food and refreshments provided. Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend. This workshop is being funded by the MRV AAPM chapter.

We are honored to have UWADCL director, Wesley Culberson, PhD DABR, FAAPM and Zac Labby, Ph.D., both from the University of Wisconsin—Madison to lead this engaging workshop.

Our Night Out Event on Friday, October 14th 2022 at 7pm will take place at the Brio Italian Grille on 502 Nichols Drive, Kansas City, MO 64112. Join us for a night of socializing and networking with other physicists.

The registration cost will be $110 (+$8.33 Fee) for members/non-members.

Consider staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites which is right opposite the conference site. Breakfast is provided by hotel.

Park at 4001 Rainbow Blvd, in the large lot on the North side of the facility. Free parking for this event.

Chapter Business Meeting
The business meeting will be held at the end of the conference on October 15th 2022. We will discuss old and new business including planning for the fall meeting. There will also be reports from the board rep and secretary/treasurer.

This meeting has applied to CAMPEP for 3.75 MPCEC credits.
