The MRV Chapter of the AAPM holds at least one meeting annually. Meetings are a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, learn about trends in the field of Medical Physics, and interact with vendors.

Conference Details
The MRV AAPM Spring conference will take place virtually on May 20th 2023. We will be hearing talks from our colleagues on the unique and exciting projects going on in the MRV. We kindly request speakers to send 25-30 minute recordings of their talks including time for questions. Click here for Registration Link
There will also be an Early Career's Symposium and Med Phys Slam. The due date for the recordings have been extended to May 7th 2023. First, second and third place place winners will receive $150, $100 and $50 respectively.
Early Career Symposium talks will be 7-8 minutes long with an extra 2-3mins of questions.
To participate in the Early Career Investigator Symposium you will need to be:

A student in a graduate program or
-
A student in a certificate program or
-
A medical physics resident or
-
A postdoctoral fellow withing one year of post graduation.

Chapter Business Meeting
The business meeting will be held at the end of the conference on May 20th 2023. We will discuss old and new business including planning for the fall meeting. There will also be reports from the board rep and secretary/treasurer.

Registration
The registration fee will be $30 for MRV AAPM full members/non-members. The MRV-AAPM will be fully covering the registration fee for all students and residents! However, all students and residents will still need to register using the link below to confirm their attendance.
Vendor registration will be free this year.
