Please join us for our Fall Chapter Meeting,

August 21-23, 2020!

 

The spring chapter meeting was rescheduled for August 21-23 due to Covid-19 concerns. Please see below for details, and let us know which parts of the meeting you will attend at this link. You MUST fill out this survey if you plan to attend Friday's sessions in-person.

Our meeting will be held August 21-23, 2020 in Omaha, NE. We will hold a young investigator session and business meeting the Friday before the symposium (Aug 21). There will be no night out this year. The rest of the conference will be held in conjunction with the UNMC Radiation Oncology symposium August 22-23.

Young Investigator Symposium
The Young Investigator Symposium will be held at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha, NE at 6pm on August 21 (applied to CAMPEP for approval of 0.66 MPCEC hours), followed by the annual business meeting. There is NO registration fee for these sessions.

Directions to the Cancer Center may be found here. You MUST RSVP to attend in person, since we will need to escort you into the building. The Young Investigator Session and business meeting will be held in room 0.12.103 past the reception desk and to the left when entering through the atrium.

Covid precautions for in-person symposium attendees include:

  • Attendees must wear a mask. These may be brought to the venue or obtained at the door

  • Only 2 people may visit a vendor booth at one time

  • Attendees must maintain social distance within the auditorium (i.e., 3 seats between attendees)

  • Attendees should follow all directions from staff regarding meals and coffee breaks. These will be staggered to maintain safe distancing

  • Attendees should practice hand hygiene frequently and avoid shaking hands
