Meetings
The MRV Chapter of the AAPM holds at least one meeting annually. Meetings are a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, learn about trends in the field of Medical Physics, and interact with vendors.

Adaptive Radiotherapy with A Night of Public Engagement
May 13-14th, 2022!
Conference Details
The MRV AAPM Spring conference will take place virtually. We will be hearing talks in Adaptive Radiotherapy (ART) on Saturday, May 14th from physicists and vendors within and outside our chapter. We hope to cover areas in ART such as MR/LINAC, diagnostic procedures (e.g., PET/SPECT), automation, clinical trials, proton therapy, and maybe FLASH!
Friday night will be reserved for public engagement and the Early Career's Symposium. Recordings are due by May 1st 2022. First, second and third place place winners will receive $150, $100 and $50 respectively.
Please consider donating to the Med Phys Slam/Early Career's Symposium/Student Trainee fund. Donations can be made by check, PayPal (mrvaapm@gmail.com), or Eventbrite (see instructions in registration link below).
Chapter Business Meeting
The business meeting will be held at the end of the conference on May 14th. We will discuss old and new business including planning for the fall meeting. There will also be reports from the board rep and secretary/treasurer.
Registration
The registration fee will be $30 for MRV AAPM full members/non-members. The MRV-AAPM will be fully covering the registration fee for all students and residents! However, all students and residents will still need to register using the link below to confirm their attendance.

Meeting and Speaker Evaluation Forms for CE credits
We will be submitting for 3 SAMs/0.75 MPCEC/3 MDCB credits. After the meeting, please fill out the forms below and email to the mrvaapm@gmail.com in order to receive your credits.
Vendor Sponsors

The vendors will give each person a code word and, after the meeting, you can fill out the form linked below with the code words to be entered in a raffle for a $20 prize! Each correct code word gets you one entry in the raffle. The winner will be contacted via email shortly after the meeting.

Virtual Mock Oral Exam
The virtual Mock Oral Exam was decoupled from the chapter meeting this year and was held on March 5th. 2022. See the 2022 Mock Oral page for more details.
